MANAGEMENT
Operations Manager
With your amazing leadership skills, you know how important it is to motivate your teams and delight customers. As a result your passion for coaching and developing people will ensure your teams in the 8 to 12 restaurants you manage will be a real credit to you. Your in-depth knowledge of our industry and market will play an important part in delivering against targets. As will your organisational and planning skills, ensuring all your teams reach their full potential and work well to create a fun environment that everyone will enjoy.
General Manager
With your previous restaurant Manager experience, you know how important it is to motivate your team and delight customers. As a result your passion for recruiting, coaching and developing people will ensure your team will be a real credit to you. Your in-depth knowledge of our industry and market will play an important part in delivering against targets. As will your organisational and planning skills, guaranteeing a fun and relaxed environment for everyone to enjoy.
Assistant Manager
You’ll thrive at ensuring your restaurant runs smoothly and exceeds our high standards. Reporting to and assisting your General Manager, you’ll be instrumental in maximising sales and controlling costs. Needless to say your communication skills will be outstanding, ensuring everyone reaches their true potential and works well together as a team.

Kitchen
Your positive ‘can do’ attitude is priceless as you deliver the authentic Italian dishes that our customers love. Abiding to all Heath and Safety practices you always have everything under control, apart from your passion for great food.
