Nicola has been working as a chef for seven years within various establishments and joined us as Head chef in Lincoln since it opened last June. She is incredibly passionate about food and enjoys being creative with ingredients which is what lead her to create the dish "Melanzana Scoppiante" which translates to "Exploding Aubergine". She is very proud the dish won the Cucina competition. Nicola is still only twenty five and thrives on the buzz of working in a busy restaurant, however she sets time apart to socialise with family and friends.
