Introducing: Bruschetta Prosciutto Bufala e Fichi

Has mealtime been a little dull lately? Do you finish lunch and begrudgingly think of what you’ll have to make for dinner in just 5 hours? 

Well, look no further because we’ve got you covered. We’ve just launched our Specials Menu and our Executive Chef Angelo’s newest creation is worth shouting about. 

Angelo has used some of Italy’s finest ingredients to bring you our twist on Bruschetta Prosciutto, Bufala e Fichi. 

First we have our oven baked pizza dough, then we top it with Italian Prosciutto ham, fresh mozzarella and rocket and the pièce de résistance? The fig and honey drizzled on top gives it an extra little something that we think you’ll love. 

The delicate combination of sweet and savoury creates a mouth-watering flavour that, if you’re not careful, might cause you to drool. But don’t worry; we have plenty of napkins available so you can drool freely.
