Risotto Zucca e Pancetta

Not everyone loves the colder weather. But for us, it means pumpkin season! And when the squashes are at prime harvest then we can feature our Risotto Zucca e Pancetta at as an autumn special.

Our pumpkin and pancetta risotto is a seasonal favourite and the perfect excuse to get out of the windy weather. It’s a smooth pumpkin based risotto with pancetta and rosemary throughout, topped with a dollop of mascarpone to add a little creamy in the mix.
