There are no alternatives.

To take part in this prize draw/ promotion, simply take a photo of your Zizzi good times and upload it to Twitter, Instagram, Facebook or Pinterest and include the tag ‘#ZizziGoodTimes’ and the handle @wearezizzi.  If you do not use the correct hashtag your entry will not be entered into the promotion.

By submitting your entry, you confirm that: you hold the entire copyright in the entry; you grant the Promoter a non-exclusive, royalty free licence to use the entry; you have the express permission of the people featured in the photo to enter the photo into the promotion; your entry does not include any images of people who are or appear to be under the age of 25.

The Promoter may disqualify entries and, where applicable, may remove them from its social media sites, which meet any of the criteria below:

  1. Promoting excessive, irresponsible or underage consumption of alcohol.
  2. Use of offensive, obscene, pornographic, abusive, false, misrepresenting, defamatory, indecent or malicious content.
  3. The consumption of alcohol in an irresponsible manner;
  4. Anyone acting in a dangerous or irresponsible manner;
  5. Image depicting or related to inappropriate or excess drinking;
  6. Image represents a danger to health and safety;
  7. Inclusion of those under the age of 25, or who (in the reasonable view of the Promoter) appear to be under 25;
  8. Inclusion of other brands;
  9. Inclusion of content to which the Promoter considers that someone else owns the copyright, without the requisite authorisations;
  10. Any indecent or inappropriate imagery.

Your photo must comply with the Instagram Terms of Use, Twitter Terms of Service, Facebook Terms of Service and Pinterest Terms of Service (as appropriate).

By entering the prize draw/ promotion, entrants agree that Zizzi has exclusive and unreserved rights to use their entries in any publicity materials subsequent to the prize draw/ promotion. Furthermore, by entering the prize draw/ promotion, all entrants agree that Zizzi has exclusive and unreserved rights to use their entries in any promotional activity during the running of the prize draw/ promotion.

The winner will be drawn at random from all entries received before the closing date of Sunday 25th January 2015 at 23:59 within 5 working days of the closing date and entries received after the closing date of the promotion will not be considered.

The Promoter will contact the winner through the social media site on which they entered, by means of a comment on the winning photograph, instructing the winner how to contact the Promoter in order to claim the prize within 28 days of the closing date. The winner has 14 days to respond to initial notification to claim the prize and in the event the winner does not respond within this timeframe the winner will be disqualified and a reserve winner, selected in the same manner, will be contacted.

To enter you must be aged 18 years or over and be a UK resident. This prize is not open to employees (or families of employees) of GONDOLA Restaurants Ltd or SAB Miller House, or anyone linked to the prize draw/ promotion.

Further Prize Details:

  1. The prize must be booked through the Promoter’s agent with a minimum of eight weeks before intended travel dates (although the Promoter will use its best efforts to comply with requests made on shorter notice, it cannot commit to this), and dates are subject to availability;
  2. Flights may not be taken on English or Italian public holidays;
  3. The winner is responsible for their own behaviour whilst participating in the prize. Failure to comply with these terms and conditions may result in the winner and guest being asked to leave;
  4. Airline seats, hotel and dates are subject to availability;
  5. Flights will depart from the airport as determined by the Promoter;
  6. Tickets are non-refundable or non-transferable;
  7. The winners must abide by and are subject to the airline’s published Conditions of Carriage;
  8. Once tickets have been issued, they are only valid for flights and dates shown;
  9. If a booking is cancelled, no alternative tickets will be issued;
  10. Lounge passes and upgrades are not permitted;
  11. The winners will require a passport valid for at least 6 months on date of travel;
  12. Any necessary visas or travel insurance are the responsibility of the winners and proof of such may be required prior to departure;
  13. Any amendments made by a winner after the booking has been confirmed may be subject to an administrative charge, which will be the responsibility of the winner;
  14. Flight extras are not included in the prize (flight extras include, but are not limited to, on-board meals and drinks);
  15. The Promoter will pay the cost of the hotel room plus related room taxes;
  16. The winners are solely responsible for any additional charges incurred at the hotel during their stay, including, without limitation, costs of meals, drinks, additional nights and services together with related taxes;
  17. Any costs or expenses not expressly included in the prize as set out in these Terms and Conditions including without limitation, excess baggage, car parking charges, additional excursions or attractions will be the sole responsibility of the winners;
  18. The Promoter is not liable for third party products or services, and the prize is subject to the terms and conditions of any third party supplier element of the prize;

The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for a prize of equivalent or greater monetary value if this is necessary for reasons beyond its reasonable control. There is no cash alternative to the prize and the prizes is non-refundable and non- transferable

The winner may be required to participate in future publicity. The name and region of the winner will be available by sending an email to competitions@zizzi.co.uk with “Zizzi Good Times trip to Naples Winner List” in the subject line, between 1 April 2015 and 30 April 2015.

Miller Brands (UK) Limited’s liability is restricted to the provision of the prize trip.

The promoter’s decision is final and binding in all matters and no correspondence will be entered into.

Promoters’ liability:

The Promoter cannot accept any responsibility for any damage, loss, injury suffered by any entrant entering the promotion or as a result of accepting a Prize. Nothing shall exclude the Promoter’s liability for death or personal injury as a result of its negligence;

If an act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which us beyond the reasonable control of the Promoters and which prevents the Promoters from complying with these terms and conditions the Promoters will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing that obligation.

If for any reason the Promotion is not capable of running as planned for reasons (including but not limited to tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion), the Promoters reserve the right (subject to any written directions given under applicable law) to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process;
