#ZizziRecipes – The ‘Arcobaleno’ Pizza

Ingredients:

125g flour
1.2g yeast
Salt
75ml water
Semolina
Flour
210g dough
55g pizza sauce
Spinach
100g mozzarella OR MozzaRisella to make it vegan
10 red sunblush baby plum tomatoes
2 beetroot falafel balls
1/2 an avocado
Chilli threads
Purple basil

Recipe:
For the dough – 

  • 1. Add 125g flour, 2g yeast, 3g of salt and 75ml water to a large mixing bowl
  • 2. Mix ingredients together with your hands until you can roll into a ball
  • 3. Rest the dough till it doubles in size
  •  
    Making the pizza –

    • 4. Spread flour over your work surface and knead out your dough
      5. Add semolina to your flour on your work surface and mix together
      6. Place your dough in the centre and stretch out into a circular shape using your hands
      7. Add 55g pizza sauce and spread evenly over your dough
      8. Add spinach, 100g mozzarella or MozzaRisella to make it vegan
      9. Add 10 red sunblush baby plum tomatoes, 2 torn beetroot falafel balls
      10. Cook in the oven for 10-12 minutes at the highest temperature
      11. Add 1/2 an avocado, chilli threads and purple basil
