Central St Giles Is Now Open!
Our brand new restaurant in the Central St Giles plaza is now officially open! The spectacular building housing Zizzi Central Saint Giles has been designed by famous Italian Architect Renzo Piano and is located right in the hustle and bustle of London’s shopping and theatre heartland.
With the inspiration of creating an authentic Italian Piazza, designers have installed a huge illuminated tree with porcelain detailed branches in the centre of the restaurant which spans five metres and is three metres high, creating a courtyard effect. The centrepiece to the restaurant houses soft internal lighting to create a cosy atmosphere.
Ceramicist James Rigler has added to the decor by creating a ceramic ‘vine’ that creeps up the tree. The ceramic theme continues throughout the restaurant with special designs covering chef’s table tops alongside ceramic buttons, with the overall interior of the restaurant kept raw and natural with an exposed ceiling and timber furniture.
So why not take a break from shopping or grab a bite to eat before the theatre at our newest restaurant!
