As a company we recognise the importance of the safe management of allergens and the serious effect they can have on certain individuals. We therefore go above and beyond what is legally required and have clear and transparent policies in place to deal with handling allergens, as well as a strict auditing process to ensure that these policies are fully complied with in all of our restaurants.
Our full menu clearly signposts people who suffer from allergies to our allergen specific menu. Every restaurant team is fully trained and has printed detailed allergen tables. This information is also published online here so customers can make an informed decision before they dine with us.

Unfortunately, these can’t be used as payment through online orders, direct with Zizzi or delivery partners. However, you can use on Call and Collect orders.
You can click & collect your order at all our restaurants or have it delivered through one of our partners: Deliveroo, Uber Eats or Just Eat if available in your area. To check who delivers in your area, visit the ‘Find Your Zizzi’ page.
If you’d like to leave a tip, simply add ‘team tip’ when you pay – it’s totally up to you. For groups of 6 or more, an optional 10% team tip is automatically added.
All team tips are passed to team members, and are subject to National Insurance and tax. The company does not profit in any way from the money given to our team.
We believe in rewarding the entire team who helped deliver your experience, however you can of course leave a cash tip directly to your server.
