Introducing: Angelo Garofalo

One thing an Italian restaurant needs is an Italian chef and in case you haven’t had the pleasure of meeting him; allow us to introduce our Head Chef extraordinaire.

Angelo Garofalo: jet-setter, lady-charmer and whiz in the kitchen. He’s our very own Italian, born and bred, master chef.

He’s the driving force behind every dish on the menu and spends months roaming the Italian countryside searching for inspiration, accepting only the finest ingredients and sampling the tastiest ideas…it’s a tough job but someone’s got to do it.

With autumn creeping around the corner, Angelo’s hard at work finding seasonal ingredients that will add a little pizazz to our pizzas.

He’s also had a few ideas for our Bambini menu that are sure to make the kiddies smile. And we’re doing our part by finally changing the joke on there. How about…what do you call a fake spaghetti? an im-pasta!

No? We’ll keep working on it.
