Vegan and Dairy-Free Mozzarella Alternative

We’re expanding our already well-established allergen offering with the addition of a new vegan mozzarella alternative, Mozzarisella, along with a range of non-gluten containing dishes and a vegan dessert.

We’re the first restaurant chain in the UK to provide vegan pizza options that include a mozzarella alternative, allowing anyone who is dairy free or vegan to enjoy great pizza when dining out, which is of course very important to us!



You can add extra toppings to your vegan pizza! The above pizza has butternut squash, artichokes & fire roasted peppers!

Mozzarisella is 100% vegan, and made entirely from germinated, Italian whole rice, without milk and lactose. Completely free from soya, gluten, lactose, food colouring and preservatives, Mozzarisella is a light alternative that ensures customers with special dietary requirements can still enjoy our signature flavours.


Biosurice (an Italian brown rice, germinated with spring water and made into a delicious and balanced vegan drink. It constitutes 80% of Mozzarisella).
Coconut Oil,
Carob Flour,
Gum Arabic ,
Apple Vinegar,
Oregano flower infusion.

Our new spring menu also sees the addition of a number of new non-gluten containing dishes. The Summer Beef Short Rib, slow cooked and served with smoky sweet potatoes and Italian slaw as well as the Polpette Classic Pizza with lamb and red pepper meatballs, anchovies, Fior di Latte, smoked mozzarella and more, to name just a few.


For those with a sweet tooth, we have introduced a vegan-friendly coconut & mango swirl gelato to ensure no one who is dairy free ever has to miss out on dessert. The majority of our wines are also vegan-friendly.


Anyone counting calories will be spoilt for choice with our range of dishes all less than 600 calories. From the new Seabass Cartoccio baked with butter, lemon, roasted red onions, courgette and peppers served with Tuscan potatoes and Italian naked slaw to the pan-fried salmon fillet on cannellini beans, courgette ribbons and mixed leaves tossed in pesto with balsamic tomatoes, radish, baby watercress and toasted omega seeds; there are a host of tasty options that won’t ruin the diet!
