MENU
We want all of our customers to feel relaxed eating at Zizzi so we take very seriously our responsibility towards looking after our guests with food allergies, dietary requirements and coeliac disease. We proactively ask customers about allergies and have allocated allergen managers to ensure a safe process, from order through to serving. We also provide allergen filtering through Speedy, our digital table ordering system.
Our allergen filters and information guide have been developed to help you make a safe and informed choice about our food but if you have any concerns, please talk to a member of staff, drop us a note on our website, or email feedback@zizzi.co.uk. Click here to view our allergen information.

Zizzi is not a Halal or Kosher restaurant, as all our restaurants serve pork and beef and we do not have specific handling policies (including sourcing ingredients) that ensure the final dishes are Halal or Kosher.

Yes! From birthdays and school trips to big get-togethers and full takeovers, many of our restaurants can host groups, with private or semi-private spaces available. Get in touch via our contact form and weâll see what we can do.
If the restaurant has space outside and the weather is fine, yes! Please select outdoor booking when making a reservation.
Many of our restaurants with outside areas welcome our four-legged friends but please do check directly with the restaurant ahead of visiting.
Assistance dogs are welcome anywhere in our restaurants at all times.
To provide the smoothest and fastest payment experience, and to keep our teams safe, we are cashless and we encourage card, Apple Pay or Google Pay transactions. You can pay up to ÂŁ100 contactless on your card and unlimited when using Apple Pay and Google Pay in most of our restaurants.
We accept American Express in a small number of our restaurants. If youâre unsure, please check with your server before ordering.

Want to use Reward Partner codes for more than one visit? We recommend you place a separate order for each visit. You can only use a code once, and we wouldnât want you to lose out. We canât give change or carry over any unused balance to a different code or transaction.

CLICK & COLLECT AND DELIVERY
You can click & collect your order at all our restaurants or have it delivered through one of our partners: Deliveroo, Uber Eats or Just Eat if available in your area. To check who delivers in your area, visit the âFind Your Zizziâ page.
TIPPING
If youâd like to leave a tip, simply add âteam tipâ when you pay â itâs totally up to you. An optional 10% team tip is automatically added to the bill when dining in groups of 6 or more. When dining in one of our Central London restaurants this is added to all customer bills. The tip is entirely optional, and you can choose not to pay it. Please ask your server if you wish for it to be removed.
All team tips are passed to team members, and are subject to National Insurance and tax. The company does not profit in any way from the money given to our team.
We believe in rewarding the entire team who helped deliver your experience, however, you can of course leave a cash tip directly to your server.
