Zizzi Booking Terms

 

1. The Basics

 

When you book a table at Zizzi through a restaurant, our website, or our phone booking service – you’re agreeing to these terms.

We may update them from time to time, so it’s worth checking back before each booking. The version in place when you book is the one that applies.

 

2. Booking a Table

 

Walk-ins & Accessibility

You don’t have to book to eat with us – walk-ins are always welcome. That said, if you want to guarantee a spot, especially at busy times, we’d recommend booking ahead.

 

Some of our restaurants have limited ground floor space, so if anyone in your group has mobility needs, it’s best to contact the restaurant directly and they’ll help you plan your visit.

 

Outdoor Bookings

Outdoor tables are available at selected locations, subject to weather and availability. Use the ‘booking type’ dropdown and select ‘Outdoors’ to request one.

 

If the weather turns, we’ll do our best, but we can’t always promise a table indoors.

 

Private Dining Areas

Some restaurants have private or semi-private spaces you can book for groups. Sizes and setups vary by location, and minimum numbers apply. Get in touch with the restaurant directly to find out what’s possible.

 

We may restrict bookings on certain dates – including bank holidays, school holidays, Valentine’s, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, local event days, and during seasonal trading periods.

 

3. Booking Confirmation & Management

 

Confirmation Texts:

You might get a text from our booking partner, Design My Night, the day before your booking. Just follow the link to confirm.

 

Pre-Authorisation on Certain Bookings:

During peak times or for certain bookings (such as large groups or on seasonal occasions and key dates), we may ask for card details to secure your table. Before completing your booking, or after submitting your enquiry, you will be sent an email link from our booking partner, Design My Night, to complete this.

 

This will pre-authorise a charge of ÂŁ5 per guest. No payment will be taken at this stage – unless you don’t turn up to your booking or cancel within 24 hours of your booking.

 

Need to cancel or amend? Just call the restaurant – they’ll help sort it.

 

Changing or Cancelling Your Booking:

To make changes to your booking, please contact the restaurant directly.

Running Late?

We’ll hold your table for 10 minutes. After that, we may need to give it away – so give us a call if you’re running behind.

 

4. How Tips Work

 

Team Tips

If you’d like to leave a tip, just say so when you pay – or add ‘team tip’ during payment.

 

We automatically add a 10% tip for groups of 6 or more, and for all bills at our Central London restaurants. It’s optional – feel free to remove it, just ask.

 

5. Other Things You Should Know

 

Stuff outside our control

Sometimes things go wrong – fire, flooding, power cuts, emergencies, strikes, you name it. If anything like that happens and we can’t open, we’ll let you know as soon as we can and try to rearrange your booking.
