Back Of House
The backbone of our restaurants, Kitchen Porters keep our restaurants spic, span and in order, working with the whole team to make sure Great Times happen seamlessly.
2. SECTION 1
The first step of food preparation in our kitchens. Section 1 Chefs are in charge of preparing salads and desserts to spec, and play their part in ensuring our restaurants are clean and safe.
3. SECTION 2
Keeping their role in ensuring our restaurants are clean and safe and performing to standards, the next step is to take on preparation of our delicious pasta dishes.
4. SECTION 3
The final section, this time it's more responsibility taking on our legendary pizzas.
By this point on the path, our Sous Chefs are ready to be second in command, supporting their Head Chef, As well as being able to cook everything on the menu, they are vital in helping to lead and inspire the team to deliver great food, every time.
This is the big one. Head Chefs take responsibility for great people, great food and world class operational standards. Working hand in hand with the GM and FOH, together they ensure the restaurant deliver Great Times for or customers.
7. HEAD CHEF
The final stop on the restaurant path. Head Chef Trainers are the absolute best of the bunch, who not only run their own kitchens, but also train up and develop our new Head Chef Talent.
Front Of House
With a passion for great food, great service, and as the face of Zizzi, our Waiters know the menu inside and out, and more importantly know how to create Great Times for our customers from it. At the heart of what we do, they connect each part of the restaurant together.
With spot on service, our supervisors take on more responsibility by running shifts in the restaurant and being responsible for creating Great Times during them.
Our GM’s right hand. Helping to develop and coach the team, ensure the restaurant is safe and clean, partner with the Head Chef to make sure food is spot on, and making sure that are customers are having Great Times. When the GM is away, our Assistant Manager’s run the show.
The buck stops with our GMs. They are responsible for everything that goes into creating Great Times for our customers, and of course for making their restaurant a commercial success.
5. GENERAL MANAGER
The pick of the bunch. Our best in class GM Trainers not only run their own restaurants, but spend time training up our future GMs as well.
The final step, up and out of a restaurant. Our Ops Managers are out and about on the road, responsible for not one, but a whole area of restaurants, supporting GM’s to make sure commercial targets are hit, and Great Times created.
