The prize consists of:

• Return economy-class flights for two people from the United Kingdom to Rome, with direct flights provided where reasonably available.
• Airport transfers in Rome, provided as a taxi allowance.
• Two (2) nights’ accommodation in a 4-star hotel in Rome, based on twin or double occupancy.
• Daily breakfast for both travellers.
• All applicable resort fees and city taxes.
• ABTA or ATOL protection.
• Full winner management and booking support provided by Cloud Nine Incentives.

Travel Conditions

• The travel package must be booked and completed by 30 November 2026.
• Travel is excluded during bank holidays.
• Travel dates are subject to availability at the time of booking.
• Once confirmed, travel arrangements may be subject to the booking provider’s amendment and cancellation policies.
• Any costs and expenses not expressly stated as included in the prize are the responsibility of the winner and their travel companion, including but not limited to travel insurance, spending money, meals (other than breakfast), personal expenses and incidental costs.

Eligibility

• The winner and their travel companion must both be aged 18 years or over at the time of travel.
• The winner’s chosen travel companion must travel on the same itinerary as the winner.
• The winner and their travel companion must hold valid passports and obtain any required visas or travel documentation at their own expense.
• It is the responsibility of the winner and their travel companion to comply with any applicable travel, health, entry and immigration requirements.

General Prize Conditions

• Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and no cash alternative will be offered.
• The promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond its control make this necessary.
• The winner must respond and provide requested booking information within a specified timeframe (e.g. 14 days) or the promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
• Travel insurance is not included and is strongly recommended.
• The prize excludes travel to and from the winner’s departure airport within the UK unless otherwise stated.

• Each prize may only be claimed once and is non-transferable. No cash or alternative prize will be offered.
• Prizes must be redeemed between 21st June 2026 and 5th July 2026 inclusive. Any prize not redeemed within this period will be forfeited.
• Prizes are only redeemable at the Zizzi restaurant where the winning card was received.
• The original winning card must be presented at the time of redemption. Photocopies, screenshots, digital copies or reproductions will not be accepted.
• Prizes cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion or discount, including but not limited to set menus, Tesco Clubcard Reward Partner vouchers, Tastecard, Blue Light Card discounts and student discounts.
• Prizes are not valid on Deliveroo, Just Eat, Uber Eats or Click & Collect orders.
• All prizes are subject to availability.
• The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of any prize claim and to refuse redemption where it reasonably believes the promotion has been abused or the Terms and Conditions have not been complied with.
• The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw this promotion, or these Terms and Conditions, at any time where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

• Winners of a Peroni merchandise prize must complete the prize claim form and provide their unique alphanumeric winning code together with the requested personal details in order to claim their prize.
• Prize claims must be submitted by the date specified on the claim form. Claims received after this date may not be accepted.
• Only one claim may be made per winning code.
• Winning codes may only be used once and cannot be transferred, sold or exchanged.
• The original winning card and unique alphanumeric code should be retained until the prize has been received, as proof of entitlement may be required.
• Merchandise prizes will be fulfilled and dispatched by Peroni and/or its nominated fulfilment partner to the address provided by the winner.
• Delivery is available to UK and ROI addresses only.
• Neither the Promoter nor Peroni accepts responsibility for incomplete, illegible, lost, delayed or misdirected prize claims.
• Merchandise prizes are subject to availability. If a prize becomes unavailable, Peroni reserves the right to substitute it with a prize of equal or greater value.
• No cash alternative will be offered and prizes are non-transferable.
• The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of any prize claim and to request proof of identity, proof of age and/or proof of possession of the original winning card before awarding a prize.
• By submitting a prize claim, winners acknowledge that their personal data will be shared with Peroni and/or its nominated fulfilment partner solely for the purpose of administering, validating and fulfilling the prize. Personal data will be processed in accordance with the applicable privacy notices of the Promoter and Peroni.
